Dr. Richard Li is an associate professor of management with Wenzhou Business College. With over 18 years of executive leadership in strategic consulting, digital transformation, and operations across Greater China, Europe, and Canada. Specializing in enterprise strategy, digital transformation, and payments, his expertise has guided leading international and domestic organizations towards innovative solutions and strategic growth.

Richard's journey is marked by significant tenure at some of the world's most prestigious consulting and financial institutions, including Accenture, Deloitte, Roland Berger, PwC Strategy&, RBC, and Amex.

Richard’s recent research has predominantly revolved around open banking, digital transformation, and AI-supported strategic decision-making, showcasing his ability to drive forward-thinking in AI strategy.

Academically, Richard attained his Ph.D. in Management from the University of Strasbourg, complemented by an MSc in Space Studies from the International Space University. His commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing also led him to serve as a Visiting Scholar in Strategy at INSEAD and Research Scholar at HEC Montreal.
